By providing innovative & affordable will writing services, Wills and Trusts have managed to very quickly grow and currently have a base of over 1000 associates under them.
With their multi-level commission payout, the calculation of individual associate’s commission amount is rather tedious. Coupled with the increased number of associates, this administrative workload increase has caused the staffs of Wills and Trusts to be overworked and thus numerous mistakes have been made.
From feedback and surveys done among their associates, managers and franchisees, the management of Wills And Trusts realized the need to have a system in place to enable them to have the ability to:
- Track sales of individual business associates and franchisees.
- Automate calculation of commission payouts and profitability – on a monthly basis
